Internships

We welcome interns seeking to gain useful skills and a meaningful experience in the broadcast media industry. We recruit

interns on a continual basis as our organization needs dictate or allow.

Interns who are college students may be eligible for course credits. Check with your university or college to determine the requirements and whether we have an existing Intern relationship. Other benefits include a rewarding experience, training,

a letter of recommendation, and tremendous hands on experience. Time commitment is flexible: 15-30 hours per week is desired.

To apply, please complete the Volunteer/Intern Application and send a resume and cover letter to internship@semmfoundation.org. In your cover letter, please indicate your areas of interest, the dates you are available, and how many hours per week you can commit based upon your availability and school regulations.

A great way to network, make new friends, learn many facets of the radio broadcast industry, contribute your expertise and talent, and/or gain hands on experience. As a part of our volunteer intern team, you’ll have an opportunity to grow with us, personally and professionally.
